This course is broken into 4 weeks with 2 days extra at the end. Every week you'll gain access to another 7 days of this challenge, how you break up that week is up to you.
Each week has a daily task for you to complete. Each task will have a mindset change to help you make this change for good and not just for this challenge. Then you'll get a challenge action, this is what you actually need to get done to simplify/clean/declutter that space for the day. Lastly, there will be additional notes or resources for you to take some additional steps.
By the end of this challenge you will have simplified, decluttered and cleaned up 30 spaces in your life. You'll feel refreshed and ready to tackle bigger and better projects.
